I hope they reimbursed you for three hours of doing factory QC department’s job. Note to me…Never buy Samsung. This makes several of these problems. What percentage of Samsung installs have issues at s/u or first year? Fujitsu and Ameristar (Gree) have been good for me so far. Keep up the good work! Thank you.

This is the first one that i've had on startup that had a bad part out of several hundred so i've had pretty good luck so far But this is brand new equipment that has been redesigned and I hope that I don't have any further issues

Hi, Taddy. How do you rule out a bad compressor? A bad compressor can cause the inverter board overheat. Thanks.

Check the compressor windings with a meter Check the compressor harness and wires To make sure they're properly connected

I am a hvac contractor in Phoenix AZ and I have a samsung DVM S ECO 5T HP With 36k S Duct in attic and (3) 9k cassettes in each BR...I'm looking for a second opinion before I do a Repair that samsung tech support recommends...I know you have experience with samsung and would pay you for your opinion . I Have the S-Net2 software and converter box hooked up so I have the data.. #frustrated
