Fixing the brakes on our Massey Ferguson 7495

Hey, there's a accumulator under the cab that should be replaced when you replace the master cylinder. They loose pressure which is normally the cause of the master cylinder failure.

I'm hoping the brake accumulator is the problem with my MF6616, I'm getting a T1.53 code whenever I pump the brakes too many times or just run for extended times out in the field

I don’t know that code. Brake accumulators can cause a handful of problems on the Massey’s. May get lucky.

What hp is the 7495

Around 180hp. It’s factory we haven’t done anything to the engine except straight pipe it.
