Hello my name is Evan, I got a question for you ok me and my dad have been building a lawn kart over the past 3 weeks it has a brand new motor and brand new everything besides the wheels and frame , we have came over lots of little problems with the go kart and fixed the over time easily but we have a problem straight from the start with the chain falling off we have tried relining the engine multiple times and checking over and over again to make sure it the sprocket is perfectly lined up with the clutch and everything looks straight but it keeps falling off randomly. The only reason that it might be is it might have a bent sprocket but besides that it is very annoying. please help me with a reply or make a video on how I can fix it because I have watch lots of videos and none of them worked

Gangster hobby Definitely make sure you chain is actually tight when the engine is tightened to the frame. And if your axel sprocket is bent then yeah that’s why it’s popping off for sure.

Or maybe the chain keeps hitting the ground and coming off

It’s fine i got a new go kart it never got fixed it was the stupidest thing ever
