I think most are cable operated, there are some exceptions though. Apart from the really early ones most of the Accord/TSX are DBW, and the VSA Civic EV1, not sure on the CR-V... You could swap DBW for a cable TB, but it would probably mean swapping the dash cluster, ECU, ABS unit/forward brake lines and most of the wiring looms for a tidy job. Don't quote me on that though, I just read stuff, Danny and the other guys live it!
