i recently replaced my 1990's engine that was shortnose with a longnose one. I didnt even know the difference untill watching this video!

Fantastic collection of NAs. I first bought a 93 about 18 months ago because it was cheap and 1/2 mile from my house. Shortly after I began searching for a nicer one and found a Mariner blue which is my favorite color in these that had front end damage for $1500 but very little rust and otherwise stock. Spent about another 6k since then and don’t have any plans to ever sell it

I've had my 1990 for about 10 years now, and no problem. I checked the keyway when I did the timing belt a few years ago. I guess I'm lucky!
