Fixing up Cattle barns.

Today we put our John Deere 1050 to work, spreading rock in the sheds at Mom's working pens and coral. The cattle needed rock in the pens and barn so they were not in the mud.
Hello we are Dale and Lisa we are a small farm/ homestead in southeast Kansas. We bought a run down 9 Acre homestead that we are building into a self sustainable homestead and market farm. trying to get the most with what we have and leaving it better for the next generation. We grew up doing the farm and homestead thing. We raise many things to supply and store up food. Raising pigs, cattle, chickens and quail just to list a few. Gardening is a essential part of our lives also. Dale mechanic work on our farm and helps with our families large cattle and row crop farms. Now that our kids are grown and we have entered the Grandpa and grandma life we enjoy spending time with our grand daughters and have started a new journey of traveling and camping. Hunting and fishing have always been a part of our lives and great way to keep heathly and supplement our food.
