Fixing wifi for samsung tv doesnt connect or losses wifi

SAMSUNG SMART TV UEES7000 WIRELESS MODULE REPAIR.This problem is a software issue and is caused by your TV's firmware update, follow these instructions for a 100% fix !! Enter the secret service menu using your remote control Press the following key in sequence info-menu-mute-power scroll down to "control" then "sub" then "wireless region" the region will be set to "E" set it to "A" and press enter then power the tv off. Power back on and check your network settings making sure that it is set to automatic rather than manual, once it finds your home broadband router you will have to enter the routers password or key which can be found either on the side or the underside of the router...enter this into your tv network configuration and all should be good.

This worked for me but I had to get into the menu a different way.I hit power, then mute then 1 8 2 then hit power.

Can't believe not even the Samsung support team could offer this information but we're very willing to direct me to a recommended repair centre which were going to charge me between £150.00 to £200.00 Thank you again, massive thumbs up.

It seems working also to me... still on a long run test to be sure. But thanks for your suggestion Anyway, let me give a contribute too to who cannot find the "WIFI region" parameter. In my case, once inside the service menu (the main one) I found it in: Option --> MRT Option --> WIFI Region.

You may have done, but when on the connect page and does't connect, leave on that page and unplug power source on modem for 1 whole minute, than plug in again and click on reapply button and see if that works. After doing this you may have to wait a little go do something else and come back to it. If you have a smart phone it may send you a phone message note and while still open try to reapply again. You may have to put in password again, not sure with your system on that model tv.

Hi, been having the same problem with my UE46ES7000 model. I have tried resetting tv back to factory settings, doing a quick reboot and still nothing. If your suggestion doesn't work do you think the neck thing would be to change the wifi card out? Contacted a repair centre and their quoting £150.00 to £200.00 😬. Also is it as easy as it looks to change it?

My neighbors use my Wifi Direct and steal my bandwidth all the time and I sit, buffering and fuming. I'm not a millionaire and can't add speed to my internet to please my selfish neighbors. The series 56 which I have, won't allow me to turn it off like they describe in The turning off wifi direct videos here. I have a friend who can help me remove this emitter, but then I won't be able to 'mirror' KZbin right? If I factory reset, would there be an opportunity to disable Wifi Direct in the software? I have a Samsung 2013 model nunber UN46EH5300F will not connect nor see my wifi. I can see a Mac IP address but nothing else. I've unplugged from the way for over a minute seemed to work but after I put in my password, nothing... I was working fine the I hooked an Xbox 1s up to it and a day later no wifi connection... Can you give me some insight?

@@MeganChic I'd say samsung is way on top of the game as far as software goes. The stuff they have is so much better than the older TV's from 2016 and before. Lg is also pretty good. But more fore their hardware. Sony.. is just plain over priced. And not much is supported be them.(most will stick with Samsung) that's why it's the number 1 brand bought by consumers.

Well thanks for that. But honestly I have nothing. But Samsung TVs in my home. They are by far the easiest to repair, the best resell value and parts come more available (sometimes cheaper). Now phones....I will stay away from samsung.. Great hardware.. junk software.

TECHIE LIFE I have two Samsung TVs so I know they work. The issue is the tv won’t always responded to them even the button on the back is being none responsive having to turn it off and on and hope I get some control the WiFi won’t work even when wired this all happened together.

Daza do I bet the button and the wifi is on the same harness. Try to open the back and unplug the power button from the main board and reseat it. If it continues, then it's probably a bad main board.

Does your tv recognize the Mac address of the wifi board.. go to menu.. and then go to Samsung help I think.. should be where it shows the model number

Adhemar Montagne I had spares, but I would get them from eBay. They're are no more than 15 bucks. Although one model was about 40 bucks. I don't remember which one.
