I was more disappointed in the movie then upset at it because of the wasted potential and the fact this was supposed to celebrate 100 years of Disney but instead represent the state of Disney due to executives prioritizing quantity over quality. The fact that you kept the original script of the movie but added more nuance and better lore show what this movie could had been and that execution is what make a great story. Your magic system made much more sense then in the movie. You did all of the characters justice. You even made me enjoy Amaya more( though I prefer the original concept of her and Magnifico being an evil villain couple).

There are some good ideas. It's not how I would imagine the rewrite because I would have kept the pairing of Villains that Amaya and Magnifico should have been and I would have made a pairing between Asha and Star but there are interesting points and arguments that are well defended ^^ and that could have made for a better movie than the one we got. Don't take it the wrong way but I'll keep my version for rewriting ^^ I don't hate Wish, which remains a very decent movie that I could watch again... but it's not a movie for 100 years of Disney's magic. Especially not after the publicity they did around it, announcing something completely new! ......except there's nothing new!

Strangely this felt more like a Disney movie, which is odd, because normally in one of your rewrites.. It almost didn't feel like the original. Not that l'm offending you, more like a compliment, see? 😅

It could be because I didn't make any significant, drastic changes, like in my other rewrites, that often times causes me to divert from the original storyline.

That could be it, for something like this, it ain't bad. I also dig the way you sorta redeemed Magnifico without damaging his evil side that you've took approach on.

Bravo! Very good Rewrite with a surprising plot twist for Magnifico's character!! It moved me how you ended his Arc. Especially with the scene where the granpa plays the music. 🥹

I enjoyed this, I really did.😊 However, 😐I feel like you severely limit yourself by not doing Research. I mean, the two things the original story had was Starboy as Asha's Love-Interest and an Evil Villain Couple. I was hoping you'd be the one to try and combine all the beautiful rewrite animatics (wishes) that people had for this movie.😮 But then again, "people make their own wishes" and etc.😒 So thanks, I guess...🫡 I don't know if you'll ever choose to evolve past your own limits, but I believe in people rising to be greater than what they currently are as well has having the freedom to do what they want within reason. So, congrats on yet another good video!❤👍
