Have you looked at their profiles in Mailchimp and confirmed that they were sent the email? My first guess is that they weren't new to your audience and weren't sent it. If they were sent it, then it may have ended up in Spam. Make sure you authenticate your domain to help avoid that: mailchimp.com/help/set-up-email-domain-authentication/

Hi this is a little off topic but I created a ebook freebie landing page on Mailchimp and it seems that no one is receiving the email when they click the button .. someone told me that I need to connect (trigger) a welcome email to the freebie for it to work.. can you help please?!

Hello, I am using free version of MailChimp and my final welcome email doesn't work quite often. I have the "send final welcome email" box checked (in both places) but I still have customers reporting that they didn't get any. What can I do?
