FJ Cruisin Moab's Golden Spike Trail

In this one, I am joined by my wife Elizabeth and Juston in his FJ Cruiser as we discover and conquer Moab's Golden Spike Trail. Between our two vehicles we handle the trail a lot differently than each other, but we both get though and have a great time doing it!

I’m not sure, but if Elizabeth is the better half of Ken I must say, thank you for giving Ken the freedom to be able to explore around the country! It’s great to have a great lady such as yourself that doesn’t tighten the reigns on her man. We all appreciate the content Ken is able to give us on the interwebs. And I love your commentary. “I don’t understand the physics of this build.” Yep, as someone who’s wheeled with Ken I can’t agree more 😆 Also, Ken: what are you using for your mic for the commentary? I need something like that that is very clear for my vids.

Yes! We hardly saw anyone on Golden Spike, but Poison Spider was packed! Doing Golden Spike is an ALL DAY commitment.

How much time did it take to get through that trail?

Probably about 4 hours for Golden Spike itself. But like I said, it's an all day trip to get to Golden Spike and off Golden Spike.

i can see 1 mistake with the fj build,,besides being toyota..[ ford driver]], you forgot the nv4500. with the 2 sp trans,nv first. you,d accelarate down hill. like my s.duty..[ mines std,ultra low]. you want to see real low range,,watch unimog super low..it dont move..
