That extra internal zip pocket in the 15” would be helpful. I have the older model of the 15” and there isn’t this extra zip pocket 😢

Thanks for such a helpful comparison! Did you recently buy the 15in? I don’t think ive ever seen that inside front pocket in a kanken before 😮 im considering a 15/17in too since i find the classic too small for travels >4 days

Hi Kat! Thank you for your feedback! I got the 15” laptop backpack around Christmas time and have since used it for a 4 night trip to DC (I made another video on it, you can check it out to see how things fit). The 17” has 20L capacity so it is marginally bigger and I believe the dimensions still fit within most budget airline criteria - just double check this! My 13” classic will be mainly used for weekend trips only. I hope that helps! 🫶🏼

I sliced a pool noodle in half longways and created a C shaped cushion for the bottom of my laptop compartment to protect my laptop as a false bottom.
