I use a heat gun. I dont understand though how we have to wash with cold water and no dryer yet we put super heat on them in order to melt wax into them. I so confused?

Ambrose Myrrdin Aurelianus if you use heat to apply wax.. Then I would guess other heat source's would also remove it. Just a guess.

Jim Skoonberg it just needs a small bit of heat but it does no harm either way. I just have it on the same heat that I would if I was ironing the trousers. Thanks for watching 👍🏼
