This is a few years ago. It's getting "common" with 300-400hp on these boats now. The 80 knots barrier in Norway will be broken this year :) Not by me tho!

What style of boat is this called? It has an enclosed forward cabin, but is also open at the back, but it's not super tall with a stand up cabin... Like, if I wanted to look for one of these styles (even if it's not the same brand or model) for sale in the USA, what would I use as a search term?

This is like it say’s in the title, a Fjordling 17 HT. HT stands for hardtop. In Norway we call this types of boats hardtop boats. This one is only 17 feet long. This is like a small day cruiser, with a hardtop. It is possible to convert the bench under the hardtop to a double bed. These boats boats were originally designed for a 70 hp engine. Now a days it is popular to modify these so that they can handle up to about 400 hp.

@@Xanathar77 det var litt det jeg var redd for. Jeg bygger om en innboard så jeg hadde fått plassert den høyt nok, men det blir kanskje ikke bra uansett?

@@davidaanonsen3958 Min er også en ombygget inboarder. Jeg hevet akterspeilet med 5 cm, har motorheis og da går det akkurat med L. Anbefaler ikke XL om du skal kjøre fort - du får den ikke høyt nok!
