Some of my arturia (licansed, not cracked) plugins, like the DX7 emulator, become transparent when I re-open a project in FL 21 (licensed too), it sounds normal, but the GUI is fully transparent, I can also press stuff and tweak parameters so anything other than the GUI it's working as it should. I've tried everything but I still get it, does anybody know a solution? EDIT: HAHAHAHHA NVM I found the solutions 3 minutes after posting this comment, it was my DPI Scaling, I changed my Window's scaling because I bought a bigger screen and the plugins didn't work properly, I cahnged FL Studio's DPI scaling back to 100% and they worked

Sorry for the late response, did you ever resolve this? Honestly, when it comes to Macs, keeping everything up to date and making sure the plugins you rely on are constantly being patched by the creators is the best bet IMO. The M* chips from apple created a compatibility challenge with applications that has not yet completely gone away.

I am trying to import a vocal preset and everytime I do it tells me that my auto tune is not installed. I have reinstalled it and checked on fl studio. Please Help.

I have never used autotune, however, is there a way to load the preset via Autotune itself? or can you only load it via FL Studio? I would try loading it via the autotune app itself if possible. If it still doesn't work, I would try to uninstall and re-install Autotune.

My first use of FL Studio v11 for years, the issue I'm suddenly getting is when I add even a standard FL VST effect, the whole thing goes silent. Also I would drag the play head to the start of the song, but when I hit play it suddenly jumps to bar#34 and sits still while the clock rolls as it should (but silent). Save, close & reopen recovers my playback to normal, so I can work around the bug, but it's bloody annoying and I don't know how to fix.

FL Studio 11 was released 11 years ago. Possibly compatibility issues with newer windows updates and/or VST plugins. This can be especially true if it is a cracked version of FL.

please help i had to clean reinstall windows and now my vsts aren't loading at all, if i load from plugin picker they appear but i cant choose presets, for example i cant cycle through gms's presets at all, i click and nothing loads, my system is 64 bits just fine please help

@@ScaleAudio yep, i managed to fix the problem eventually, almost had a heart attack, basically out of everything else i tried, i had to delete everything, install a working previous version then update it to the newer version D: gladly everything is working now

Interesting. First thing I’d check is if it’s 32bit or 64bit and try to use the one that matches the computer it’s running on. That shouldn’t be happening at all, if it’s doing that with only one plug-in id then troubleshoot, if it’s doing that for all plugins id reinstall fl studio. To troubleshoot I’d check the plug-in options. On the first page of vst wrapper settings should be a reload option. You can try that and see if it loads it normal. On the bottom right is some graphics options. You’ll also see some tabs for some additional pages. You can try these to see if you can find a resolution. Matter fact, here’s a video that goes over every button in the wrapper. If this is happening to all your plug-ins though, I wouldn’t watch the video below without trying to re-install first. kzbin.info/www/bejne/mGqkkoaOe6tgqsk

My PITCHER doesn't have a troubleshooting tab. It glitches out whenever I mix. Ironically, I have no problem when I work outside of the house. But home, my CPU jumps to 90-100% usage.

Native plugins lack a lot of the options non native plugins have… which can be unhelpful sometimes.. The best I can think of is going into your audio settings and seeing if turning off “mix in buffer switch” helps. If it is already off I’m not sure what the next step would be. Let me know if that helps. If it doesn’t I’ll see if I can think of anything else. Ps. Sorry for the late response!!

Whether recording or for playback. I have to wait and do all my mixing when it's completely charged to give myself time to get as much work in as possible. Appreciate your time. Each plug-in is different. Some have multiple outs, some don’t. You might not be able to. I’m unsure myself because I don’t have that specific plug-in.

I've often seen this when a license is needed for one of the plugins in the chain. Sometimes my rent-to-own licenses I've gotten through splice will unlink and I have to re-link them again. Let me know if you have found a solution to your problem, could help somebody else!

Hey man so up until today I’ve had no issues installing plugins and all plugins before today still load. However today I’ve installed a couple plugins and they all went through the plugin manager successfully but when I open them it shows the grey box with the “plugin failed to load” and it’s happened with every plugin I’ve tried installing today.

I would check to make sure they aren’t 32 bit plugins. Apple completely dropped 32 bit support on their newer OS’s. If they are 64 bit, I would generally recommend a re-install of FL Studio or running the diagnostic tool under the help drop-down. Apple may not have the diagnostic tool, and the diagnostic tool might not even have anything in it that could help. It’s just a good last ditch before re-installing.

Interesting. If you go to the help drop-down on the top left of FL Studio they have a diagnostic troubleshooter, could try and see if that has any helpful options. Besides that I would recommend a clean install of FL Studio. Ps. Thanks!

I did try that. Also I think I gained some ground. I noticed it’s linked to one drive so I backed up the one drive and got the X’s to go away. But still nothing when I try to open the plugins. It’s just like I’m clicking nothing.

@@ivmblade9736 Awweee… yeah cloud providers can cause issues with FL Studio. If you go to file settings you should be able to change the location where FL Studio files are saved. I would change it local instead of on the cloud and see if that resolves your issues.

I'd check the plugin manager to see what VST version or whether you are using 32bit or 64bit. Plugins generally come with different versions when you download and install them. If changing the version doesn't help, I'd uninstall, restart the computer, and then re-install. Let me know if you find a solution!

Unless you have a "Default" preset on the plugin, you will probably need to re-load the plugin into the channel rack by opening a new one or replacing your current one.

When I click on the plugin and the space shortcut doesn't work as the play button what do I have to do to fix it?

This is probably due to the keyboard priority button which will be to the far left of your close and minimize buttons on your VST (the top right “-“ and “x”). When the keyboard priority is on, the plug-in takes all keystrokes before FL Studio does. After that, FL Studio only receives the keystrokes the plug-in didn’t use. So your plug-in is probably having issues forwarding the spacebar to FL Studio or is using it for some kind of hot key. If that doesn’t fix the issue and the plug-in is “bridged” you might need to uncheck “auto close” in your audio settings. Let me know if those things help!

I just made a total reset of my PC and wrote a list of plugins to download (every single one worked perfectly before and almost every plugin is free (and the paid ones i have the license for)) and most plugins get the "error" and "?" thing in the plugin finder. I reinstalled every plugin in question (mostly there isnt much to reinstall, its just a dll file in most cases) but nothing. Then i made the effort to clean reinstall FL with no effect aswell. I also tried to switch the installation paths - nothing. Some plugins get scanned and work perfecly fine tho, which confuses me even more xd. As a specific example: I love the nastyVCS (free plugin) which does give me an error in the plugin finder but always worked before.. does It work for you? What do you think could be the issue? Hi. Without really knowing in depth I don’t have many ideas. Did you recently update to windows 11? Was that the total reset? Could be a lack of support. The ones that are getting errors, do they have anything in common? Such as they are all VST3 or 32 bit versions or anything like that? Sorry for the late reply btw.

Particularily the ones from plugin alliance (all the brainworx stuff etc), then synths as GR-8 which didnt come out that long ago.. and i just did a regular win10 reset, wiping all my data and settings.. i didnt update FL for some weeks now but i dont think that that minor update makes half of my plugins unusable. I didnt try all the plugins on my list, but at least the brainworx stuff should be up to date, i guess. Ill try It on my laptop, maybe it has to do with my desktop but its still weird tho 😂

@@andewprod if you have a 64 bit system it should be fine. If your windows OS is 32 bit then that’ll be your problem, after you reset windows have you verified you have all the latest patches and updates as well as drivers?

Yeah generally there’s a 32 bit version and a 64 bit version plus sometimes separate versions for vst or vst3 etc. your computer was probably just having a hard time with the version it was originally trying to open. Not as much as I should anymore. I genetically have big arms, I was doing hard labor for work, and I was using a wide angle lense that makes things close to the edge of the screen larger 😅. Perfect storm. I'm glad I got this comment though because I have become a lazy turd lol I don't do hard labor anymore so I need to start hitting the gym.
