Hallo heute zeige ich Euch ein leckeres Fladenbrot schnell und easy gemacht. Perfekt zu Suppe und Salaten.
Das benötigst du dafür
1 Tüte Trockenhefe oder 1/2 Würfel frische Hefe
300ml lauwarmes Wasser
1 Ei
450 g Weizenmehl oder Dinkelmehl
1tl flüssiger Honig
1 El Olivenöl
Schwarzkümmel oder Sesam zum Bestreuen
1 tl Salz
220 Grad Ober/Unterhitze 12-15 Minuten backen
