Nagorno-Karabakh is now non existent (Azerbaijan made it ACTUALLY part of itself). Donetsk and Lugansk are now part of Russia. (Believe or not but I'm Russian and we are already depicting it like our part!) Jammu and Kashmir is now divided between India, Pakistan and China. Northern Cyprus, Transnistria, Abkhazia, South Ocetia, Somaliland, Western Togoland are now existing countries. Others like Molossia and Sealand are "virtual" (the are don't need to be recognised, the are just existing)
