I think the weirdest thing is that there are some plants that can be reflected by Hammer and Nunchuck Zombies, but can't be deflected by Jester, despite when released all three had the same list of plants they weren't immune to (except for catapults, those couldn't hit Jester but could hit the other two). So clearly they remember projectile deflecting zombies exist, but they just don't give Jester immunity to most plants for some reason.

@@skeletonking2501 that's probably it, but also a thing to note that Nunchaku and Hammer were introduced first and I think they have different coding fro Jester. Most if not all the exclusive plants from the Chinese Version seemed to not be reflected by Jester, but yes to Nunchaku and Hammer. And do note that both Nunchaku and Hammer can attack the plants on the back while Jester can't.

The mushroom being from dark ages makes Imp Dragon actually make sense; global doesn’t really add a fire-damage plant in Dark Ages so Imp Dragon always felt random to me

Imp Dragon's appearance can be explained by Pepper-pult being the planned Part 2 premium before Pea-Nut took his place. Probably planned to have gimmick endangered plant and locked and locked levels around Pepper-pult, and at a stretch, making him immune to the Dark Dragon's fire.

I imagine Pyro Shroom and Cryo Shroom can be frozen because of the lore fact that they learned how to manipulate their elements magically, thus aren't naturally emitting flames like Torchwood or subsisting at a freezing temperature like Winter Melon.

Random Fact : Jester was introduced after Nunchaku and Hammer Zombies. Since Jester is a Zombie from an international version, they probably use the international code for Jester. Meanwhile Nunchaku and Hammer are exclusively for CN version. That actually explains why most CN plants and the projectiles can be reflected by Nunchaku and Hammer while Jester can't, since the International version doesn't have most of the plants or projectiles. Although this kinda makes it not balanced, considering that PvZ 2 CN is much harder than normal PvZ 2, it at least kinda helps mediocre players too. (basically PvZ 2 CN are a modded version of PvZ 2 like Altverz, Quasar, Eclise, Reflourished.) Also, I used to play the game when I was still in Highschool (not anymore because I rather play the other PvZ 2 mods), Cryo-shroom was my absolute favorite. It's so cheap and it'll allow you to control the battlefield much easier, it's actually very broken. The PF effect is also really OP. Although it doesn't work on some Zombies, it basically removes the weak one allowing you to have your single target plants to focus on the big ones, considering this is a Dark Ages plant it's very useful there.

My other wizard mushroom ideas: *Photon-shroom (Yellow) - Has 3 stages. Shoots bright yellow orbs that will drop little sun point (5) when they hit, at stage 2 shoots stronger orbs that drop small sun point (10) and do 3x3 splash damage and at stage 3 shoots large orbs that drop a medium sun point (20). All projectiles from this mushroom can reveal any hidden zombies and those projectiles can remove any kind of fog and cannot be reflected by jesters, nunchucks zombies, etc . With plantfood, Photon-shroom would grow to max and summon a 5x5 yellow light lazer beam that damages and makes all zombies in it drop sun points when they take damage, this lazer beam can easily incinerate imps and zombie chicken. Photon-shroom cannot fall asleep and at 3x3 radius will make its allies also unable to fall asleep. *Hydro-shroom (Indigo) - Has 3 stages. Shoots Bubble-like projectiles that have 3x3 splash damage (but it's weak), at stage 2 shoots stronger projectiles that slow down zombies and at stage 3 shoots much stronger projectiles that have 5x5 splash damage. With plantfood, Hydro-shroom will grow to max and summons a tidal wave that damages ALL zombies and pushes them back. Hydro-shroom is an aqua plant-shroom so he can be played on water. *Umbra-shroom (Dark Purple) - Has 3 stages Shoots Black orbs that slows down a zombie, at stage 2 shoots stronger orbs that have a chance to make a zombie sink down a blackhole and at stage 3 shoots stronger orbs that have more chance to sink zombies into a blackhole but those blackholes can sink up to 3 zombies. With plantfood, Umbra-shroom will grow to max and make a 3x3 black hole that sucks all zombies in except gargantuars and bosses but will deal devastating damage to them instead. Umbra-shroom cannot fall asleep and can attack hidden zombies. Umbra-shroom will boost all "Shadow" plant-shrooms within his 3x3 area.

Carrotillery: In theory this looks pretty cool to run, but at the same time he seems to target headless zombies too, so that's a massive knock against it. Pyroshroom: Kind of comical how much trapping power this thing has, but I kind of dig it. Cryoshroom: I'd run it in Modern Day. Plant food seems very effective against most of the problematic zombies from there like Diggers and Newspapers. Dandelion: Good lord that costumed plant food effect is busted. I actually like this version more than the international version. Aggro Brocco: I was ready to write this thing off as completely useless...and in a lot of cases it is. However, its ability to kill Chicken and Weasel zombies without them releasing it actually gives it a nice niche. That and the plant food seems a lot stronger than I thought. 95% useless, but really good for the 5%

Both Pyro-shroom and Cryo-shroom look like that they will fit in the Fairytale Forest perfectly! I was thinking about other mushrooms "plants": * Electro-shroom (minty-green)- Has 3 stages like his mushroom wizard friends, shoots orbs of electricity that go through zombies but each orb has chance to deal massive damage. With plantfood, the Electro-shroom would grow to max and create 2 thunderclouds above toughest zombies doing massive damage enough to 1-hit KO a gargantuar. * Aero-shroom (white)- Also has 3 stages. Shoots white orbs that push zombies short distances, at stage 2 will push zombies a little further and always 1-hit KO flying zombies and at stage 3 will mush them a little more further and now has chance to push zombies very far. With plantfood, Aero-shroom would grow to max and launch a 3x3 tornado at his lane pushing away ALL zombies that get in contact with that tornado. Aero-shroom is a flying mushroom (plant-shroom) *Geo-shroom (dark brown) - Also has 3 stages. Will shoot earth orbs that can stun zombies and will even slow them down. This mushroom deals the most damage with his normal attacks. With plantfood, Geo-shroom would grow to max and create 2 3x3 rock shards that will deal a humongous damage, destroying all gravestones and other obstacles in their way and will leave behind soil tiles that cannot have gravestones and other obstacles placed on but can be planted on. This mushroom does x2 damage to tile obstacles such as gravestones and octopus. *Photon-shroom (Yellow) - Has 3 stages. Shoots bright yellow orbs that will drop little sun point (5) when they hit, at stage 2 shoots stronger orbs that drop small sun point (10) and do 3x3 splash damage and at stage 3 shoots large orbs that drop a medium sun point (20). You could make a nice Sinergy with Carrotillery, Intensive carrot and Escape root. You make some missiles using the Carrotillery Plant food, Move em' with escape root infront of your sunflowers And if it blows up, revive it with Intensive Carrot! :D
