Being a sorcerer would just mean you have ass teachers in general. Most of the power system is innate, so you don't have many people who can teach you shit cause they don't understand the power better than you. The most you get taught is like simple barrier techniques like simple domain, hollow wicker basket and curse energy reinforcement.

that would actually be a magnum opus level climax for this story from Gege. It brings everything together perfectly. Yuji is Mahito, but the reverse, so he fixes souls instead of warping them. He's the opposite of Sukuna, so instead of using shrine for destruction, he uses it for creation. The symbolism is so ON POINT for that to happen, hope it does!

I think it’s safe to say, if Gojo doesn’t come back in the next chapter, then that’s it. This is the moment, no other moment will be this ripe for him to show up and save the students with his limitless against the fire arrow. literally no other better time, it’s now or never. Though to be fair with the trajectory of the story and how it’s gone so far, I really don’t see any use for gojo in this fight . The kids have done well and deserve to pull out a win somehow instead of Gojo coming to take their glory. What will even be the use of Yuji being mc if Gojo should return?

Hey man! Hope you are doin well, it seems that we are finally approaching the end of JJK and it's definitely been a wild ride, so I think this is a good time for a dono for all the content. I'd also like to take some time to shill and recommend to anyone reading this a series which I believe JJK is highly inspired by or at least similar to in certain regards. That being, the Fate series and other Type-Moon works. From things like Gojo's eyes being very similar to "mystic eyes" and the concept of "magic" being ingrained in your nervous system, to things like reality marbles and marble phantasms being very similar to domains. Yuta's domain is basically a reality marble named "unlimited blade works". Reality marbles are a form of mage craft that pull everyone into a dimension that represents your mind, while a marble phantasm is an ability which manifests your domain into the real world, allowing for some form of reality warping. Coincidentally, one of the things that a marble phantasm user does in Tsukihime is "slashing" everything up in her marble phantasm so much to the point where they just vanish.

One of my favorite homages to the “kitchen” theming with sukuna was the imagery used in the anime during his fight with Papa Raga the Op Stopper, when he uses dismantle to peel the train like an apple. Obv the anime has some creative liberties but I can’t help thinking it’s on purpose.

New theory: they specifically point out that Yuji's body remembers how to do special grade sorcery because of everything Sukuna did when he was in control. That includes the fight with Jogo. What if the next chapter features Itadori literally fighting fire with fire? In theory he should know how to use it, and he just heard Sukuna's chant for it. I'm not saying Itadori would win that fight but it might put Sukuna off balance having his technique thrown back at him **immediately**

I believe Soul Dismantle and Soul Cleave are possible. I said that 3-4 weeks ago. After seeing that his Shrine is not doing much I believe he will attack the soul with Cleave. I think Maki will help him understand that they have to cut Sukuna and stop hacking up Megemi's body. I'll give it 4 or so chapter.

Amazing video as always, these recent chapters actually made me think of some things as of recently 1. Can you use a binding vow if it's related to the soul? Like could you theoretically give up a part of your soul to regain another part. If so does that mean Todo could actually make a binding vow where he sacrifices his foot to regain his lost hand? My Todo copium is so strong rn and this sound like a great coping mechanism 2. Do you think Yuji's Soul damage also works on non reincarnated sorcerers? For example if Yuji and Hakari just started boxing, would the Soul Punches not get registered by Hakari's RCT and stay permanently Lastly, who do you think is Sukuna targetting with his flames? I've heard someone (I think Eternal Flame) say that Sukuna is not actually aiming for any of the current combatants, but is aiming for Shoko's building instead, doing this would eliminate the chances of potential back up and tag outs

My best guess though is that its just aimed at Yuji/Maki and the others. From what we saw of the arrow when he's used it before, its got a massive explosive radius so even if he's only aiming at Yuji/whoever, it might have a radius thats gonna hit all of them. Honestly, I don't know how Yuji is going to save himself from this, because Sukuna waited for his simple domain to be broken, and now he is going to use the same fire arrow that destroyed Mahoraga in 1 hit, and that also exorcised Jogo, the special grade volcanic curse that was destroyed by a much more powerful fire

The only scenario I can think of is someone popping in and stopping Sukuna at the last second before he uses it, but there's actually quite a few characters who can do that. Angel could show up and use her weakened Jacob's Latter. Yuta and Rika could show up healed by Shoko and stop him. We could find out that Sukuna unintentionally killed Uraume with his sudden domain expansion, giving Hakari the chance to jump in stop him. Mei Mei could use her bird strike. Plus Ui Ui could just grab Yuji and teleport away. There's plenty of ways for Sukuna to be stopped that don't require an asspull from Gege.

3 likely scenarios imo: 1. Choso jumps in front of Yuji and does his best "Mr. President, Get Down!" impression, killing him in the process but saving Yuji, which would also wrap up his character nicely. 2. Gojo finally has his fated return and uses his technique 1 last time to save his students. 3. Yuji awakens again and uses his own version of fire arrow to counter Sukuna, solidifying himself as his equal.

I understand how Yuji's leg is back in the next panel. He's using CTR of CLEAVE. Yuji's Cleave is Scissors, and his Dismantle must be glue. Explanation: Sakuna envisions himself as a Chef when he uses his CT, I think sakuna has a vow on his cleave, that he vowed to sacrifice his CTR for CLEAVE, in return allows him to do a ranged version of cleave, which he calls "Dismantle" giving the illusion of 2 separate CTs. which makes sense to why Yuta has CLEVE but not "Dismantle" because "Dismantle" is CLEAVE. Yuji envisions his technique similar to arts and crafts. Cutting things apart and Gluing them together, Weather he knows it or not, I think Yuji subconsciously reattached his leg while using RTC and healed it. I wouldn't be surprised if Yuta lived by "Gluing" himself together with CTR CLEAVE. Edit: Or he just blood manipulated his foot back to him lol

The hand signs for domain expansions are usually Budhist hand sign, and they alll have their "meaning" or mantra's that you are trying to conjure while holding them. If the domain expansion is the reflection of the soul, it only makes sense that there is a mantra that or a handsign that you'll use to tap into and/or conjure the said soul.

My question has nothing to do with current jjk. It's just abdetail that I have obsessed over ever since s1 came out. It's about cursed energy and their colors. We've seen blue and purple alot. Blue is the sorcerers cursed energy and purple is for jogo and mahito (maybe hanami and dagon I forgot). But the we see pink for yuta which might be rikas cursed energy and red when Yuji was fighting the finger bearer. Speaking of which had yellow cursed energy. Even sukuna had black cursed energy when fighting gojo for the first time. We never see the red and black cursed energy used ever again. Could the colors mean something based on their refinement and power?

So I talked about this briefly before because someone asked me something similar, I wasn't able to find the video after a quick search (it was just a question in one of my viewer questions vids) but I think the simple answer is just aesthetic choice from the animators POV. In the manga, which is black and white, there isn't TOO much nuance in the color of CE (but there is sometimes!) so I think its mostly just to hammer home thematic/character elements, but I definitely think those details you allude to are intentional in those ways!

Also, its very likely that maho is added to a totality shikigami and since he can clone himself and all of his summons, imagine like a bunch of mahoragas in a huge open domain where the domain floor can also sink the opponent. Megumi is gonna become the strongest once he comes back for sure I'm calling it rn.

@@magikarp1666 in the hakari v kashimo fight kashimo remarks that since hakari's sure hit (transmitting the rules of the domain to the target) is harmless, it activated extremely quickly (Ive seen that it was faster than 0.2 but I'm not sure about it's validity). So using that same logic, an open barrier 10s domain could have a non lethal sure hit thereby nullifying the opponents CT quicker than the opponent's open barrier domain. It's all headcanon anyway. Clones of himself plus big Raga spam should be insane enough. Considering he has round deer too, I don't see many opponents surviving that onslaught while Megumi is completely healed and at full strength almost all the time.

If cursed spirits are born from cursed energy leaking, it means that sorcerers could theoretically, create curses on purpose. Whats even more interesting is if reverse cursed energy can create a "reverse curse" (Blessing?) Made entirely of RCE. Would they be good or bad? Its especially interesting as, jjk universe is always trying to balance itself out, so if majority of sorcerers managed to learn rct, maybe curses would start spawning out of rce to prevent being oneshotted?

Something i have been wraping around my head is how black flashes are cursed energy released in that 0.0001 or something window of time, so as we know nobara has hit a black flash from distance wich is something i don't see enough people talk about, yet thats the only time we see a black flash being hit with something else than a punch, with this what i want to say is that maybe just maybe our boy yuji the black flash demon could potentially aply his black flash spamming to the output of shrine cuts having a ranged black flash when he eventually learns how to throw the cuts instead of it activating by touching.

I have a theory about how gojo’s domain and the part of the brain he was using. I think he may have been using the ‘occipital lobe’ which is considered the primary visual cortex. Basically it’s the part of the brain that handles all visual information. The reason I think he might have been using this part of the brain is because well, his six eyes. The limitless CT is impossible without the use of the six eyes and is literally crucial to the limitless CT. and when gojo used DE for the first time he described his DE as being “inside the limitless itself” so it’d make sense if the hand sign used for his DE is directly associated with the part of his brain responsible for visual information. Another bit of evidence to back this up is when Sukuna used the same hand sign, his domain gained a weird new appearance and part of its new appearance were giant eye balls all over the shrine which were never there before. Ik this theory isn’t anything useful but I felt it’d be a pretty cool detail.

The reconstruction reversal thing for sukunas technique was also my guess. But my theory is that he uses that reversal in other ways. The same way a master chef can experience a dish(see it, smell it, taste it, see somone cooki g it) ir ingredients and immediately know how to make a dish or improve a dish. Sukuna does that with jujutsu. Hes just a genius yes but maybe his curse technique also helps him out with all jujutsu things.

Here's an analogy that I come up with in what I understand about Sukuna new domain. Domains with barrier in general are like a BALL ⚽️, they can't trap things inside them. If you put a ball on a table with multiple objects, the ball can't trap the objects. However, Sukuna new domain with barrier is like a BOWL🥣 ( that's been turned upside down on a table with multiple objects) It can trap the objects inside ( in this case the outside world). That's why the buildings ( Everything) were being destroyed. I understand why the domain can affect Maki ( because it's like in Shibuya, it destroys everything), I understand why the others are trapped in it because of the barrier but I don't understand why Maki has to be trapped in it. Even with the barrier, Maki should be able to pass through it.

She could, but her domain resistance is just option to be in the ball or not which works because domains don’t contain ‘objects’ the same way as sorcerers. You can slap the bowl over top of her, it’s just that she can walk through it supposing she doesn’t get cut in half while going there (which she would if she wasn’t being protected by Miwa’s simple domain, which last we saw requires her to plant her feet)

I still have a strong inkling that the translators are translating the text, but still misinterpreting it due to its verbosity, and that this current Domain from Sukuna is completely open The explanation is quite convoluted, and the simple fact that it is not explained in short, simple sentences, makes it prone to misinterpretation I genuinely don't see how ANY kind of jujutsu barrier at all could ever hold Maki I maintain that: - it is a barrier-less Domain - the barrier is exchanged via Binding Vow to gain a ridiculously large range (on the scale of Shinjuku, they say. Either they mean it's as large as the one he opened in Shinjuku, or as large AS Shinjuku. It's fine if they mean either, and I'll explain) - a jujutsu barrier technique CANNOT possibly physically block Maki from entering and exiting. Only a physical object can - Sukuna is using this domain as a distraction so he can fire off the contents of his Furnace - logic says it's in his interest to keep his distraction domain open as long as he can (99 seconds) - if he closes his domain, it loses range and Maki can probably immediately exit and break it from outside, or just surprise-attack him once it breaks - so to keep Maki at bay, he needs to either keep her where he can see her and thus restrict her movement, or name it such that exiting the super wide domain effectively takes her out of the fight, as she'll then be too far away to help the others when he's raining fire on them Basically, he needs an open domain to be able to restrict Maki's movements

@faisonx It is only logical that Sukuna opens a barrier-less domain if he wants to target everyone, including Maki. The translators and youtubers convinced me that it was a barrier domain. That's why I thought if it was the case, then a new type of domain has appeared by the hand of the king, who is the few who can accomplish that type of feat. I think Gege only reiterated the explanation that he already does in the previous chapters of how a close domain couldn't trap maki and that Sukuna needs to open a barrier-less domain like he did in Shibuya if he wants to include maki in his attacks. But all get shambles beginning from Gege, who probably didn't simplify things by providing simple explanations of that.

Gojo's domain may be an outlier since the sure hit has a condition,you can avoid the "sure hit"if ou stay in touch with gojo so for that maybe the entire space of the domain is an info dump instead of targeting specific individuals with ce,also that he can expand it above the max range of an open domain.

Probably no. You can definitely use the reversal of your technique inside the domain, but I don't think there's such a thing as a domain reversal.

So we've never seen one, but it might not be impossible either. I don't think you could 'reverse' a domain in its entirety, but perhaps you could imbue your technique's reversal into the barrier of your domain as opposed to the normal lapse of your technique. Hajari's domain and higuruma's are actually the most basic ones. Not in term of CT but in terms of domain expansions. How domains were discovered were most likely like hakari discovered his. Someone developed a technique that just so happens that it created a domain. Only in newer eras where people started to understand and make domains stand alone, not linked to the activation of a CT. We see this first hand with Higuruma. He didn't want to create a domain, but his CT forces a domain, and so he discovered domain expansion.

TLDR - Sukuna has control over his own cursed energy property similar to Hakari and Kashimo. A theory I’ve got about the whole Furnace thing. I believe that because it can be inferred to be a widely held ability based on Sukuna’s dialogue to Jogo in Shibuya, where he said “oh? I thought this was well known”. I take from that anyone is capable of something SIMILAR, but we all know Sukuna takes the shit to 11. My theory is it’s a method of transmuting cursed energy into a specific element/property similarly to how Hakari and Kashimo have. I believe that he can at will, turn on or off cursed energy properties and his personal property is the heat created by a furnace.
