Huge Kudos to you guys! I'm a home brewer with no aspirations whatsoever of brewing commercially, just enjoying the process and the resulting beer! :) At many breweries I visit (and there are many!), I often ask about some little nuance in brewing or how the flavour or mouthfeel or head retention was achieved, and most often I'm met with coyness and a reluctance to share - a bit like most fishermen, lol! It's refreshing to know there are brewers like yourselves with a willingness to share information with like minded people! I'm from up the road in Wollongong and always visit your brewery whenever I'm in the area and will continue to do so as you have the best attitudes and your always great brews! Love the videos and looking forward to the upcoming series! ♥

I've just discovered your channel and really enjoy the content. Small nitpicking: the audio mix for the audio in this video is unbalanced when you are talking. When listening with headphones the audio comes out on the right channel only. It's very distracting.
