Thank you for another awesome show Phil & Deepa! Phil, I feel your pain 😂. You are the most organized and planning type and Deepa is the most spontaneous and innocent hearted. It’s like trying to blend Balblair with Laphroaig 😊. And that’s the beauty of the show!

This was a hard one to follow. Kind of like a street corner shell game. Things started to really fray at the seams once the bottles were revealed. I'd have to rewatch, but I'm pretty sure that Deepa's top three changed after the reveal.

I could not follow it myself and said as much about being a frustrating tasting. Part of the problem is my knowing too much about what is in the glass compared to Deepa. Oh and too many comparisons which i also new was a mistake from the start. Haha normal show then.

This is a great video that recaps Deepas relationship with that flaming heart. She picks it as better then Brora 37 calling it complex and it keeps her attention. Is eventually talked out of it and has it as her second favorite only once realizing that the other is most likely Brora, but fantastic. Then after revealing all the bottles, just thinks its ok and doesn't really care for it. Why Deepa, why do you hate the Flaming heart label. Every blind its her favorite, but never likes it.

Hey Phil, would you please share which store pick Glasgow Blend that is? Is it one of K&L’s? If so, I’m guessing you chose the Craigellachie aged Oloroso version over the Cameronbridge one. I had gotten both and found the Craigellachie version was the same cask #1 as Mission Liquor’s offering.
