No “man” can say whether we are saved or not. Only our Heavenly Father decides who is or who is not. What is in your heart?

Yep, however we live in a world where even celebrity has its pull, so when Doug says Full Prets can be saved, that may have some influence on others, especially the Partial Pret Post Mils, who won't even discuss this with us, as they think we are out of the faith.

Listening to this makes me thankful I gave up on attending the institution. Even though I did so for many years as the silent preterist taking communion and worshipping alongside fururists never intending to upset anyone's apple cart. But just the FACT that this even has to be discussed makes me ill. So basically as long as the poor, misled preterist remains silent, they can be accepted. Uh huh. Got ya. Yessah missa boss man, I's be a good ni99a and do as I'm told so I's kin git my bread crumbs an' water. No thanks.

It is disappointing, however, I expected that from Wilson, since he considers it a major error, but our goal was to prove a point, and that is, that Doug does believe Full Prets are Christians, which I think we proved without a doubt, which hopefully can lead to more dialog.

In one of this ladder vids, “The Apologetic Dog” states that he vehemently believes that the [physical] resurrection is “tethered to the gospel”… so much for eschatology being a non-essential, which is what guys like Durbin, Wilson and the rest have said countless times... necessary video, guys. Yep, he is very outspoken saying Full Prets cannot be saved, which is why I wanted to correct him on what Doug Wilson said, as he thinks Wilson agrees with him somehow. I believe Durbin and the rest being as strongly Partial Pret as they are, will lead more into Preterism, which will lead more to question the arbitrary lines they draw, which simply do not hold up to scrutiny.

Jeff has said numerous times full preterism leads to things… love Jeff, but he fails to realize he and Doug have led several people to full preterism… he taught many to do math and now he’s saying (in so many words), don’t trust the math when you get to this certain point…he sees it.

Yes, but the main point we were trying to show here, is that he clearly sees Full Prets as Christians, just in what he would call a very serious error.

So, if I stick to my full pret position in casual conversations, should I be excommunicated? The disciples caused trouble in the synagogues and got flogged.

Yes, highly unlikely any Full Pret would want to fellowship with the Moscow Idaho crowd, but our intent was to show that Doug does see Full Prets as Christians, which may influence others in the Partial Pret Post Mil camp, to be more open to it, rather than just dismiss anyone in the Full Pret camp as non believers.
