Serie can't imagine living in peace thus she can't defeat demon lord since defeating him will bring about peace. Things that can't be imagine, can't be achieved as their magics depends on the imagination. Am i right?

At a meta level, sounds right. There's plenty of ways to rationalize the mechanics of it - she'd be unable to form a team with human heroes, her magic would fail against the demon king due to the imagination barrier, etc. Personally, I think she just found no purpose in trying to defeat him. She was seeking strong magical talent, seeing promise among humans due to their (comparatively) rapid growth, despite short lifespan. The demon king's presence promoted this - which is how Serie found Flamme to begin with. But it was only after the demon king's defeat, and human mages began to fade away, that she began shepherding human magical talent herself. Even then, she still prefers the blood-knight types. Basically, the demon king was useful to her goals, and she wouldn't move against him without e.g. a drive to exterminate all humans (something which the demon king wouldn't pursue, given his own quirks). Re: the elven massacre, her position and Frieren's were essentially opposites. Serie was cast out of (presumably peaceful) elven society and forced to rely on herself, while Frieren's village is massacred by demons and she is rescued by Flamme. Their positions on peace, individual power, and the demons might all be opposites as a result.

I think Kraft Is actually older, so old his name and deeds are long forgotten, if we assume 1000 years are a bit less than 10 years for them serie would be in her late 30 while Kraft Is in his 40/early 50

No we know Serie has to be older than Kraft because Serie was alive during the Mythical Era were the Goddess was on Earth. But Kraft confirmed he was not alive when the Goddess was on Earth and doesn’t know if she existed so Serie has to be older than Kraft

what many people dont seem to understand: Flamme was teached by Serie. And Frieren was teached by Flamme. So I am very sure that Frieren actually knows how powerful Serie is. And I am also sure that Serie knows that. And maybe thats the reason why she does not feel good when Frieren visits.

You need to give the story more effort, and watch the actual episodes the shit on KZbin is just clipped to all hell. Your missing like 80% of the story and the meaning behind each episode

You're possibly one of the MHA crowd that need the high octane action to maintain your interest. If that sounds right, then I suggest giving Frueren a try in about five years after you have experienced more in life. The series has those fast paced action scenes, sure. Stark and Fern are both flashy like that. But I much prefer the fight that was won before it even began. The fight so one sided that the series took an entire episode to explain just how stupid the enemy was to challenge Frieren. How stupid was it? It earned the coldest line of dialogue ever uttered in Anime.
