Agree, I have a Flaring 200amp Mig, and I added a spool gun for alum weld, really happy.

I am using a Dewalt 30 gallon air compressor. It is the biggest 110V one they make. I think the model is DXCM301. Thanks for watching!

Ok. I can’t wrap my head around a single pole 220v breaker. This only has 3 wires. Hot,Neutral and ground. I opened up the case expecting to see a transformer with two hot Leeds. Nope. ???

The biggest problem with plasma is the size of the air compressor you need to have to cut through thicker material...

Good point. My 30 gallon compressor had no issue at all keeping up with the demands of cutting throught the 1/2 inch steel. Thank you for watching!

Do not ever weld galvanized inside If you do try to avoid at all cost but if you do you need more than proper ventilation you need 100% It stays in your lungs it will never leave The more you have the less function you will have but it won’t be noticeable for years later. It’s irreversible

Definitely! Limited exposure and ventilation is super important.
