The idea behind the grading system is to give you an idea of the difficulty w/out taking the grade too seriously. There are also some challenges that go along with converting outdoor grading to the gym that's avoided with a circuit grading system. Here is a conversion you may find useful: E V0-V1 E+ V1-V2 M- V3 - V4 M V4-V6 M+ V6-V7 H- V8-V9 H V10-V11 H+ V12+
