This is a good point. I imagine Flash will go through the meta naturally from where he was last, then he'll eventually get up to date with current meta, and then he'll likely innovate and evolve the meta. Super stoked to see how his tactics change over time.

@@ryanjuguilon213 you just listed everything terran has to do as well, excpet its harder to control terran units because siege tanks need to siege and be manually targetted on goons, and vultures need to be microed away from zealots and plant their mines in safe spots or you risk killing your own army. protoss can freely take the map because you're economically ahead from minute 1 because scvs need to be sacrificed to build things while a single prob can build everything. your mid/late gameplay consists of 1a2a3a4a into the army and then remaxing instantly because you control the entire map. lets not pretend like protoss is complex, it just takes a lot of macro practice.

You need to control shuttles, run you zealots past vultures, spread you dragoons, position you slow ass templars and storm decent target. Terran is the most vanilla race. Once you get 3-3 they obliterate expensive higher psi protoss units except for carriers. And just imagine a world without defiler. Terran does not need gas in this match up, can obliterate all zerg units except ultras. And hell ultray countered by cheap mines

@@ryanjuguilon213 ok so you must be low rank. No terran sieges everything in 1click. When you're moving across the map they bunch up. You have to keep them spread while theyre moving and anticipate the protoss' attack and stagger sieges to make sure they dont clump together, otherwise a couple storms can reset your siege tank count, which is way harder to replenish than a protoss army. All of the micro that you listed, terran has to do, but harder. Pro protoss will even storm groups of vultures because it's so efficient. Imagining a world without defiler is an irrelevant strawman argument, because there is no world without defiler. There isnt a pro in this game that believes protoss is harder to control than terran. This is also why terrans retire to wrist injury on average sooner than any other race. You're arguing against a statistical fact here and you clearly have no clue what youre talking about.

It feels current meta and PvT state - absolute terrible for Flash style. You can't play "camp to win" style vs very top players every game. The best results for Terrans which can switch many many times from aggression to passive even in one game.

You called "Flash might have done it" twice, to the opposite result. You seem to not understand the dynamics of the game once Protoss gets to critical mass of Carriers. As long as Protoss has 10+ Carriers and 1 base mining, they always have a chance. And even in some extreme case, 10 Carriers with 0 base mining and a decent mineral bank is enough. Mini once won a game with 100 supplies against a maxed out Royal on 5 bases.

Tesagi is statistically backed. Even without flash and light, terran has highest win rate. Also Terran has most tournament wins, most bonjwas.... Protoss literally have 0 bonjwa.

Carriers dont come out of thin air lol. Every fight that Flash "wins" is a trade that Bisu is happy to take to get to his win condition i.e. Bisu doesn't win the fight but also doesn't take a hit to his Carrier transition. This is an RTS game, not Street Fighters. You win the war, not the battle.

Same for TvZ before the they get to 12 Ultralisks. Your concept of a solution is a direct counter lol. Does Protoss have a "solution" to EMP? Does Zerg have a "solution" to Irradiate? Does anyone have a "solution" to 3 3 mech? If you race always has a direct counter that will kill your opponents' units outright then your race is winning everything.

​@@malekiththeeternityking5433You're missing the point. He's not saying irradiate is better than dark swarm or storm. He's saying there are ways to beat things without facing them in a head on fight. For example, protoss can't beat 3-3 mech in a head on fight with gateway units, but they can use their superior mobility to do recalls, drops or harass. Similarly, Terran can't beat Carriers in a head on fight, but it takes so long to make them and get the interceptors that Terran can kill the protoss before they are ready.
