I know I am late for to comment, but shouldn't the background for when Flash is running look somewhat blurry as to show he is moving at incredible speed faster than cameras or normal human eyes can keep up? I mean normal human eyes can't catch whole images moving hundreds of miles an hour much less at the speed of light. Flash has to have eyes to catch his surroundings about as fast as he runs and to be able to think thousands of times faster than normal humans. How else if he is running hundreds of miles in seconds able to react fast enough to maneuver around pedestrians, vehicles, bullets firing at him and know when to turn right, left, duck down, or stop. If he had Superman's powers also there would be no need for the rest of the Justice League. He could then round up all the villains in Gotham, stop Lex Luthor, rebuild the Watch Tower, go to Apokolips , punch out Darkseid, rebuild orphanages around the world all in one day.

I am a CGI and a VFX editor/Physicist and I can tell you that makkari running was also a 3D character and the only reason they slowed down flash was bcus, he was travelling at the speed of light, which you can clearly not see, duhhhhhhhhh

Also him running like this girl could be the slowed version, cuz there is nothing moving by her that you could compare her speed to.

From a showrunner standpoint I get wanting to have the viewer be able to track where Barry is at all times, but it’s a lot cooler to see a speedster appear on screen and disappear off screen in less than a second, not follow them the entire time and make it feel like we’re tracking them from a helicopter.

The biggest issue with flash's running is the fact that his feet, which are supposed to be propelling him, are sliding on the ground as if he's being pulled along, rather than just running really fast. Speeding up his foot speed or slowing the environment would make a huge difference in how that looks
