Not included in this highlight is a brilliant piece of defence by Ben Smith. He chased down a runaway Tuilagi just inside the 22, counter-fended his fend (making it look easy), pulled him down in a tackle. And if that wasn't enough, he got on his feet right away to win the ball. The ball entered the All Blacks 22, only to exit the All Blacks 22 just as fast

Cruden was on fire this series. He was so underrated and could’ve been a great All Black if there wasn’t a certain DC around. Cory Jane in the form he was in on this series is a sight to behold. What a skilful little wing. Always nice to see the memories of the old guard of Ma’a and Conrad well. And Bender, well i’m so glad he’s still around. Similar to Cory but even more reliable and probably just as silky. Bring on Saturday!

Wow, that truly was the best team of the last 30 years. They dominated every team every game. The lions were the only ones to get a sniff and even they got lucky with some ref calls/red cards. The speed of the attack, the strength of the forward pack monstering other teams and the depth of the bench and greater All Blacks squad. Such a golden era for the All Blacks. Also a good highlight of why it was a huge loss to the chiefs when Aaron Cruden left, the talent that guy has to drag in defenders and get others into space is incredible. Thanks for uploading all these Highlights and games lately, takes away the boredom of 2020 c-19.

As and England fan I recall getting-up early to watch this, anticipating a good game. But you could see England were in trouble from the AB's intensity. 37 seconds in to this video, Joe Launchberry is absolutely wrecked in a tackle and from then-on the AB's had England reeling. Lancaster was a really good coach and laid the foundations for the current team but he had a weaker pool of players to select from; too many journeymen in that side and too few thoroughbreds. He's also improved from his time coaching at Leinster. But this was a weak England team playing a brillliant AB side. I'd love to see the current England team tour NZ and play 3 games, I think it would be far closer.

They seem scared to schedule games against ABs it seems to me. Dunno why, it should be good for their coffers and they get beaten up by other 6N countries. I remember they didn’t enjoy touring NZ for many tours - sending poor 2nd string teams to get walloped (poor Jonny was one of the rare good ones to tour consistently). I 😂 when they lost 36 - x in both tests one tour straight after their RWC03 win when their arrogant coach Woodward was shown up badly to not be as good as he thought he was. Sir Clive..a humble man 😝

"England Demolish All Blacks" is the title when they win ONE game, which is once every 100 yrs! When the ABs win THREE games in a row, its a mere "Sweep". (a) because we do so with monotonous regularity and (b) because we just CAN..... just saying.

AB's were formidable as ever but looking back, that was not a great England side. Too many journeyman Test players who were not quite up to snuff, and a confused approach to how we wanted to play the game. To lose the first 2 Tests by small margins suggests the AB's managed the key phases much better than England, a weakness the Lancaster-era side never rectified, evidenced by their failure to win any Grand Slams and the catastrophe of WC 2015. They kept failing at the final hurdle.

When people ask ,what makes the all blacks so good?.....the answer is simple we have invested consecutive amounts of years into our Jersey from the 70s right through till now the pinnacle in nz sport has been to wear the black Jersey, a player who wears the Jersey is better individually then there opposite number because the pride and amount of hard work and dedication that has been put in before him .
@patrickharrison19135 жыл бұрын
No, its because NZ kids grow up with a ball in their hand and have far superior skills and understanding of the game. Also the best athletes in NZ play rugby which is not the case in most other countries (Example: The best athletes in UK and France veer towards football). The mystique of the 'jersey' doesnt win you test matches, its high level professional sport.

You hear the Poms talking a lot about last years win over NZ and of course 2013, but nothing in between , like 2014, crushed Poms 4-0 that year. No one else has done that, no one else will probably ever do that. You do not beat England 4-0 in a year, unheard of because England are bloody good. I am not sure about NZ this year though at Twattingham, London. Does NZ have the players still to compete?. Probably do, but Foster is an unknown and that massively concerns me and we have issues at 8,6 and 10 as far as I am concerned. I would like to see Ardie at 6, but Foster will probably not be new and savvy and put Ardie in 8, when he is not an 8, HANSEN, plonker. But it is at 8 that I think is the concern. 6 I think is ok, 10, I would like to see Aaron Cruden back at 10 until Barrett improves on his attack, because I think Cruden is a better 10. I dunno really, with a bit of luck, ideally the England vs NZ game at end of year will be cancelled, haha, because I do not see NZ beating England at Twattingham for a while.
