Hi, Dr. Bloch: I have dealt with Dysthymic Disorder since childhood. Later on in life, I've dealt with Clinical Depressions, and I required four (4) hospitalizations because I was ready to "take myself out," and I don't mean to a movie and dinner. You are so right about how people tend to measure and compare themselves, sometimes so unfairly, and I've been no different. Thank you so much for this beautiful video'd message which feels SO Higher Power Bestowed. It is precisely what I needed to hear, and focus on, and meditate on, throughout the rest of my day, and in the future. Thank you so much. You are one of my heros, and I love you. I send you much love and air hugs. The value of our lives is not measured by being the one with the corner office and the company car. Ultimately, how our lives are truly measured - defies words, explanations. Please take care, and be well. You are in my thoughts and my heart, as well as in that of many others, I'm sure. Please remember that.

And yet most people don't realise how important your mental health is. I do not like people they are a useless boring waste of space. I have lived with depression all my life, it seems my sole purpose in life is the rid myself of this awful condition.
