He says, " Age is in the mind." Very true in many ways. Some age slower physically such as Redford or truthfully myself. Do not think of yourself as old. Get out there and do!

They are obsessing about Robert Redford's age, 49, like he's old and past it! How ridiculous, he was still in his prime. In 2019, Redford has just turned 83 - I bet he looks back on 49 as his youth. Why do humans judge each other so negatively on things like age? To age is to be very blessed - because as Joan Collins says, "What's the alternative?" And women are judged far more harshly than men, for daring to live past the age of 40!
