FLASHING the ECU On the Aprilia RSV4!

We are finally unlocking even MORE power on the Motomillion RSV4!
Today we get the BrenTuning ECU flash on the RSV4, along with a few other goodies, like the WRS windscreen, and the Rizoma stealth aero wing mirrors.
We also run into a little hiccup with some carbon fiber... But we will correct it in the future.
Soon its time to head back to the dyno!

I'm sure the bt flash is good, but so is the gabro flash, and it has all the positives you mentioned. Gab only focuses on Aprilia so his work is also very good.

I feel ur frustration. I have a huge list of carbon suppliers because not 1 company makes everything your looking for. Problem is most of them are crap and fit/ finish is piss poor.

I find it crazy how any company could be fine accepting less than perfect fitment as an option, and shipping that to customers. To me either something fits perfect like stock or it's junk. No in-between. Nothing to do with being picky.

Lithium batteries can sit for years without any charger. You don’t need a charger. Then you can charge them in a couple minutes

Not if there is a draw on the battery. If you unplug them sure, they can sit, but plugged in, they will always have a draw, which will cause them to ultimately to drain.

Only after something like a year of no use. Been running lithium since they first showed up……2000 or something like that. Had one sit for 5 years hooked up with a draw (dash clock)…..the thing was crapped out, but it still cranked and started the bike……. For all who are running lithium, ensure the charger/maintainer is rated for your battery. Lithium batteries have a “code” the wrong charge unit either won’t charge full or will damage the battery. Also they hate high heat and cold. If you are in an extreme climate area like Minnesota in the winter or Alabama in the summer remove the battery and keep it in the house.

My 2020 S1000RR engine blew up with a Brentune Stage 2. Not sure if was BMW or the tune. A lot of people with a 2020+ S1000RR Bren tune have had thier engines blown up.

@@Motomillion It's most likely BMW's fault which is why they replaced the motor under warranty. If it blows up again and they see the flash counter go up I'm scared they will deny my claim.

I have the Gilles Racing VCR38GT on my 2021 RSV4 1100 Factory. They do in fact fit.

yeah why? the PDI has the VIN number on in. together with the engine number. a vin sticker is just for warehouse workers preparing the bikes to be put into the boxes.

I love to watch the modifications you made to each bikes to make it better and look awesome! However when it comes to the new 3rd party side mirrors, They look cool and benefit with the aero dynamic but the use of it as side mirror make no sense, All you can see right there is your elbow.

Love your honest reviews. The question here is the Gabro tune vs Bren tune. I was on a form and there was talk that Bren tune takes Gabro's tune and modifies it. Any truth to this? Could you maybe do a comparison ? I run the Gabro tune with an Akra pipe and SF Sprint filter. The bike is incredibly smooth and smooth = Confidence and fast. My limited opinion. Keep up the awesome content -------- AWESOME !!!!! I'm up in Canada and we have very limited ability to run a bike on a dyne so you guys would be doing us all a great service by running a comparison. Those are the Full Six Carbon Seat covers. I have the same one in gloss finish. Unfortunately one of the two tabs broke on me. I ended up just cutting off the other tab and added velcro to the seat cover and tail, fits just as well as before.
