For everyone commenting on why she is speaking in English throughout this video... 1- by living in London now she will be speaking in english alot more (understandably) but that doesn't mean she will never speak in urdu again. 2- When moving to a new country it's so important to be able to speak the language most people speak in in order to be able to communicate well with everyone. London is full of people from all over the world from all different backgrounds which is great but this video itself she is focusing on finding a place to live.... the title is going to help her gain some sort of advice from people who actually live here (London) there is a great chance people who do not speak urdu will come across this video and be able to offer her some advice regarding which area to move to. Anushae firstly welcome to London 🤍 house/flat hunting is exhausting and sadly it can take time to find a good place. Best advice I can give you is try to focus more on the area for safety rather than the flat itself. Certain areas that are much cheaper to live in are unfortunately not the safest so just keep that in mind. I'm sure you will find something good for you and your family InShaaAllah just lots of patience is required don't rush into it (if you're able to) 🤍 and stay safe 🤍

Thats fair enough, but she has been making videos in Urdu and majority of her audience is I assume in Pakistan. She’s switched all of a sudden so it is understandable why her audience might feel like this is random and odd. She can continue to do her videos in urdu imo whilst also learning English or maybe doing some in English/urdu - that way everyone can still watch her (lots of people cant speak or understand english). But obviously shes allowed to do whatever she wants its her channel 🤷🏻‍♀️ personally even tho I am from the UK I make sure i speak to my toddler in Urdu because he will always learn English once he goes to school etc but urdu he will forget with a snap of a finger if not regularly spoken.

Its ironic because a lot of us Pakistanis born or who are from the UK speak Urdu at home and with our familes/kids especially so our children don’t forget where they are from!! I think its a back home/Pakistani ‘fear of not fitting in thing.’ Absurd tbh especially in London where it is soo diverse!

Not really. These videos are helpful for people looking for apartments in london and not all of them speak urdu. KZbin is a universal platform and a lot of people use it to get info. I saw a lot of videos which helped us finding areas to live in. They were all on English made mostly by non English speakers. I guess we just have to open our hearts and minds to accept change rather than just pointing fingers at someone because we don’t understand them 😒😒😒😒😒😒

@@AnushaeSays it’s always ur choice do what u want but it felt little cheesy since u have arrived in London ur vlogs are only in English seems like nea mulk naee zubaan,n don’t assume people are commenting about why u r speaking English it’s bcz they aren’t opened minded or they don’t understand English we are criticising coz it’s seems like u don’t care about ur audience your main target is to gain English speaking audience,,we remember u used to make vlogs in english only back in the days n then finally u realised u gotta include urdu in order to get Pakistani audience coz foreign audience wasn’t interested ..

If possible you can look for property in surrey which is beautiful and have some excellent schools. Similarly, South London, Merton, Wimbledon surbiton, Kingston are nice area. This is not that far from Richmond but rents are less. Your budget is quite reasonable it will take a while but you can surely find some good properties. Also look for new built, they are energy efficient separated for winters. The white goods and amenities are newly fitted so that makes life easier. Best of luck

I suggest Brentford… Affordable new builds and generally speaking a good location. Gants Hill is a very Asian area and affordable too.🙏🏽💕🙏🏽

Great vlog, however one thing to bear in mind is that London is really expensive!! I have been settled in the Uk since the last 8 years (moved from Pakistan) and at times you have to make your mind up on things. It’s genuinely really hard to find something that perfectly fit your needs in London, because hear me out the people who live here always dread London. Ofc if your husband’s workplace is there then you have to live. I would definitely recommend looking a bit around the area and broaden your choices as everyone has to use the tubes and public transport. Also narrow down the requirements a little bit because it’s also really hard to find something spacious here in the Uk so there will always be a compromise. It’s not ideal unfortunately. But still good luck, in shaa Allah you got this!!!! ❤

To be honest London is very commuters friendly so even if you move say further South of london which isn’t far form Hammersmith like, Southfields, Battersea etc you wont struggle getting to work underground/buses are commonly used

Agreed, also have Tooting close by if you miss the Asian vibes. Or I would look along the district or picadilly line, to get a home near a tube station that gives direct access to Hammersmith

Twickenham next to Richmond and hounslow - they have apartments on college road :) and very family friendly, gated community. Also Wanstead is lovely and has apartments with 3 bed two bath . Close to tube and a nice family friendly area with parks ect .

Surbiton and Kingston are really pretty areas. Check them out. In East London, checkout gants Hill, its on the central line tube train.

You should look in north or northwest London (Finchley, Wembley, Brent Cross new town)… anywhere near a tube! Commuting one hour in London is normal. Also with your budget for a 2 bed and 2 bath you’re going to have to compromise anywhere within London, unfortunately!!!

Salaam I’ve just seen a 2 bed house in east London. It’s not modern but I cost effective. Louise road. E15 Area is Stratford. Agent name is David Daniels. £1850 per calendar month.

Plus there is a massive shopping centre Westfields and a very big underground station close by and lots of halal grocery and restaurants everywhere close by to there.

Rents are reasonable according to London.bills included or not? We are living in east London and I have to commute to west London.If you come to the east rents are same like Leyton, Wathamstow Stratford are quite expensive.Illford Dagenham are reasonable but they are far away from the workplace.

Look for a property in Surrey, so close to London-can take 25-40 mins direct train to London(areas like Woking, Guildford, Hayes, stained) so close yet outside London madness

Try to search for property in Barnet. It's such a nice place to live. Slightly close to central London however you can find a reasonable house with reasonable rent.

Greenford is a good place to live. It’s a few stations away from Hammersmith. We used to live close to Sudbury Hill station. Plus 24-2600 main app ko 3 bed bhi mil jai ga. Look for a three bed as well. Atleast it’s going to a little spacious.

Also add council tax and bills to this rent. Commute is good in London so it’s not necessary to live close to your work. North London is very good . Check that as well
