I've been looking for an interesting pattern for a very long time. When I saw your hat, I just fell in love. I've already tied up most of it. Thank you for this wonderful sample.

This is another gorgeous hat!! If I use circular knitting needles are the instructions exactly the same? Thank you for sharing your talent. I am new to circular knitting.

Yes, it will be the same because you will knit back and forth

I'm finding this pattern hard as the method of knitting and purl is quite different to what I'm used to. Have you got a written version please?
@CrazyHandsKnitting4 ай бұрын
It is not difficult if you knit as you usually knit and purl. The pattern can be found on my blog crazyhands.net, look for flat knit classic beret

@@CrazyHandsKnitting Thank you! I have found the written pattern. I think I am just someone who works easier with the written word. Lovely pattern!

Hi! I purchased the pattern a couple of months ago, but row 2 (after the increase row) was hard to visualize, so I'm watching the YT video now. I'm an English knitter. How do I draw up a loop? I see how you are doing it in continental style but can't figure out what to do to create this loop in English style 😩. Please help! Thank you.
@CrazyHandsKnitting Жыл бұрын
Hey. I think it is absolutely the same. Insert your right-hand needle from the front to the back into the space between the two stitches, after bring the working yarn over the right hand needle and draw the loop between 2 stitches. You repeat everything as if you knit but only between stitches.

@@CrazyHandsKnittingThank you, I'll give that a try 😊

I couldn't follow this pattern. I hope I can get a written version which would help me to convert into English style of knitting. I'm quite experienced with a variety of patterns.

For the rib at the beginning (first 7 cm) i followed the exact pattern and for me it looks totally different.

Where is the problem?
@rinnth1902 Жыл бұрын
@CrazyHandsKnitting I wish I knew. First of all, it's not stretchy like a rib stich. Secondly, it's not reversile. On the wrong side, you can see horizontal lines from all the slipped stitches. So I started again but I just do a K1P1 rib stitch, with no slipping.
