Agree Mirabel on the stomach sucking in. In any strength video the coach will say inhale and activate your abs (i.e., suck in your stomach).

You got to suck your tummy in. We should use our stomach muscle whenever we exercise period. I find it gives me stability too.

I find it's best to hold your stomach with the contracting core muscles as if your pulling away or bracing yourself from a direct punch to the stomach.
