I understand flat tyre upto 50mm is allowed. However I feel it is not correct, very high. The volume of sound generated by flat tyre is unbearable while traveling even with less than 50mm. Railways are ignoring this aspect of comfort. Plus damage it would damage rail track. Whom to address this comfort issue? The persons sitting at the entrance of the station are unable to recognise the sound since it is at low volume at slow speeds.
