This flatbread is delicious 😍 thank you for this recipe! I was looking for something easy to use the discard in but all of the recipes I could find were so long winded. So happy I found this one! I now have 8 lil dough balls in the fridge waiting for the next curry night.

Thanks for this delicious recipe, just tried it out and I love it so much! Am sure this will be my go-to sourdough discard recipe! Flatbreads or naan is definitely something I can regularly make - can't eat that much banana breads or pancakes 😂

Yes you can, but you’ll have to halve the amount or even less. Try adding a little at a time until a soft dough is formed. Butter milk is thinner and runny (got more water) than yogurt
