Fun Fact! here in Ireland Subway were heavily fined for their subs. Testing found that the amount of sugar in a Sub was so high that our highest court ruled that Subway rolls were cake or confectionery and NOT bread. We have a law in Ireland that sugar in bread cannot exceed 2% of the weight of flour included in the dough. Subway has 5 times that.

Though eating it everyday may not be everyone's thing. Sardines in water is my next best go. Fermented Sauerkraut, kimchi, and pickles are also convenient to get in stores. Also, because I have a strange gut, I often just have them put oil, vinegar, salt and pepper on my sandwiches rather than any of the sauces or mayo. Always triple Patty (because I’m very active both in my job and in the gym) and I avoid getting sauces. I only get cheese at A&W because it’s real cheese and they have the option to lettuce wrap your burger for no extra charge. Harvey’s is nice because they have really good angus burgers and multigrain bun options. I also typically ask for no salt on the fries and use minimal ketchup. Hope this helps!

Thank you so much Bobby! What you're doing here is showing us that there's options out there for people like me that are busy all the time and they're always running on the clock. I see a lot of people complaining about how Bobby's a sellout or he's doing this for some kind of "under the table pay" this guy is doing us a huge favor by showing us what's good and what's not. Please people wake the F out.

The Mediterranean Vegetable soup ingredients you showed lists “Yeast Extract” aka MSG. Then you followed with a statement that they really don’t use MSG 🤔. I really do like you Bobby; but it’s not the first time I’ve noticed you contradict yourself. I’ve learned a lot from you when it comes to reading ingredients and thank you for that!! Another example is a family member noted you once mentioned that you do not need to necessarily buy “organic” almonds; then I watched you once comment that you should be buying “organic” almonds because they overspray herbicides at the base of the trees and when they “shake” the trees for harvesting the almonds come in contact with all that excessive herbicide spray 🤔. I’m not writing this to simply criticize you; but conflicting information can make viewers confused.

I love his channel and have learned so much too! My view is...he doesn’t know everything...no one does. If you know something and he obviously doesn’t how about sending him a personal message with the info so it can improve his channel for everyone. He probably stated what he knew at the time and as he learned more he stated the new info. It’s not a big deal...cut Bobby some slack! :))) Great job Bobby 👏👏👏

Love the options you chose. I am slightly disappointed you didn't mention any of the salad options. I like to get the oven roasted chicken salad with all the good veggies and topped with the sweet onion dressing. Which is one of the healthier dressing choices besides the vinegar at only 35 calories per serving. :)

Yes, need to know about salads. I have to be gluten-free, so can’t eat sandwiches.

There is not much difference in their salads because it’s actually the sandwich without the bun. They use the same ingredients pretty much.

The vegetables are OK except for the pickles and the banana peppers. Stick to the whole meat (chicken, turkey, ham and roast beef) and bring your own salad dressing to avoid the seed oils, unless you're OK with mustard as a dressing or just vinegar. Bobby also said the cheese is "legit". With the exception of the salad dressings, this response was extrapolated from Bobby's comments about the sandwiches.

Great video except the chicken is actually not 100% chicken as tested in labs by the Canadian Broadcast Corporation (CBC). DNA tests shows Oven Roasted Chicken patties averaged 53.6% chicken and Sweet Ontion Chicken Teriyaki averaged 42.8%.. There is a KZbin video on this.

I don't know about the Turkey but what I found out about the Chicken wasn't too good. In several studies that I have read and even a couple on You Tube, compared to several fast food Chicken Sandwiches, in a lab setting they found out that the Chicken at Subway had the actual least amount of real Chicken in it. Can you comment on that because I would love to know the real deal.
