And, cinnamon is healthy- it’s anti-inflammatory & speeds up your metabolism! If you want to really amp this up combine it with ginger & tumeric (Golden Milk). With or without coffee. Yum & a super anti-aging, immunity boosting beverage.

I was pretty horrified when I learned that my precious coffee mate creamer was mostly vegetable oil. Like, when would I EVER tip a jug of veggie oil into my coffee? ICK! Nowadays, it's Califia Farms Cold Brew for me with just a shot of organic half n half. Thanks for making videos like this that help educate us on some of those obscure ingredients!

Where do I find the Califia brand?
@Iluvrock05273 жыл бұрын
@@lizragsdale261 I used to buy Califia Farms cold brew from Publix for $5 or $6 a bottle. I actually got a batch one time that smelled really bad and I had to throw out 3 bottles of it. After that, I switched to Chameleon Cold Brew. It's more like $8 or $9 per bottle, but it's pretty good. You can get it at Whole Foods, Publix, etc. Either brand can usually be found in the dairy/milk section in a grocery store. But the best gem we've discovered is the Single Origin coffee at Aldi for $5 per bag. It's whole bean coffee and we buy the Peru version to grind and make our own cold brew. It makes the best cold brew I've ever had.

I feel the same. I’ve been pretty comfortable with Organic Valley. However, even Bobby mentioned natural flavors in one of Organic Valley’s products. Please don’t ask me which one, but it was in the this or the previous video I watched and today I’ve only watched coffee creamers, coffee and Starbucks (in that order from most recently watched). I, like Bobby, detest artificial and natural flavors. The words “natural flavors” is trickery at the least. To be fair why not call it chemical flavors, because by the time the average consumer realizes that “natural flavors” are really chemicals they are already about dead from it. (IMO) Better yet why not just use all naturally in everything.

I know I’m super late to the show, but I just wanted to say Lucerne Salted Carmel is my all time fav! I’m the type of person who likes my coffee extremely sweet, and that is one of the few creamers where I don’t have to use an excessive amount to meet my needs. Iv been using it for years and just recently realized that it’s lactose free & the sugar isn’t super high in it. (Generally found at Albertsons & Vons)

I'm surprised that heavy cream was not listed as a coffee creamer! After years of using milk or half-and-half I finally realized that actual heavy cream is a delightfully decadent creamer! My go-to brand is Organic Valley heavy whipping cream with just 2 ingredients: Organic Grade A Cream (milk) and Gellan Gum. Because Gellan Gum is produced from bacteria fermentation and not from any type of animal source, gellan gum is a common additive in vegan friendly foods. No need for flavoring, artificial or otherwise. And heavy cream lets the star of the show still shine brightly: the coffee!

I just learned about Carrageenan in coffee creamers when I looked for coffee creamers for weight loss. I instantly stopped Walmart's Great Value Butter Cookie flavor (it tasted so good but noticed making me unusually tired in middle of the day) I used to have 2% or whole milk in my coffee without sugar I was fine till this creamer. I had to stop adding to my coffee. I started Half Half instead but would like flavors added. Till I tried Laird's Coffee Creamer - Vanilla. I did not like it. Too small carton, too exnepsnve and taste is not impressive. I stick with Half Half for now. I prefer liquid creamer for my iced coffee !
