When I need to cover a dish with foil, I usually put a sheet of parchment paper between the food and foil. This was a tip from another cooking show years ago👍🏻😊

If I need to cover a dish when baking I put a layer of parchment paper between the food and the aluminum foil. I can't wait to try your enchilada recipe! It looks so easy and delicious!

If you don’t like using aluminum foil to cover your baking dishes, some companies make covered baking dishes. Usually they have glass lids.

You can cover it with parchment paper first and add foil on top

For the tortillas, try lightly browning them on a skillet. That'll make them a littler harder and won't fall apart as easily. Optionally add some oil or butter to the skillet.

@@ahmad4 Yes, I appreciate that, but my comment was in response to someone claiming that Bobby's recipes had improved her diabetes. 'Healthier' options may be better for most people, but if you're a diabetic, eating maple syrup, dates or coconut sugar is no better than eating refined sugar. But then perhaps the person in question was referring to the savoury recipes, rather than all the sweet stuff.

awesome video! Regarding the cracked counter top, YES! mine split when I was using the slow cooker but it eventually made it's way back together and isn't very noticeable with the pattern. I now put it on a wooden cutting board to avoid the direct heat and have had no problems since. Hope this helps :)

Hey Bobby! Just an idea regarding the foil- you could put parchment paper under the foil , as a double barrier . Of course get a reliable parchment paper that is free of bleech and chemicals etc. . Thanks for your videos !

Some of them Costco is most upscale of the warehouse stores Sam’s is big pkgs of Walmart - no brown rice, no whole wheat flour, no whole wheat pasta, no 100% Grassfed meat or dairy
