How should i serve it to a horse?? Just in a raw form or mixed with the hay etc..?

Yes, the video says the best method to feed flax is ground (this separates the two components in the seed which make cyanide when allowed to combine) AND that it is not safe to feed more than 1 cup per day. I feed 1/2 cup per day.

research also shows that Soaked is actually one of the most dangerous ways to feed flax, as the cyanide is created and left standing in the water and flax. .understanding-horse-nutrition

Raw linseed contains cyanide. It should always be cooked to avoid poisoning your horse.

Definitely don't soak flax. Boiling also ruins the omega 3's.

yeah ive just brought flaxseed but went cheap and brought same stuff at grocery stall for $2.30 so im getting as much info as possable on it as i dont even know how to feed it haha
