I just lost my Sweet Momma 9mths ago. She was my Best Friend. 6yrs ago we moved her in to care for her because of her declining health. We discovered she had Dementia. She forgot me. But I still adored little moments with her. I have ALWAYS LOVED Elderly people ❤ So I have many that's adopted me as theirs 🌷I miss My Sweet Momma🌷Hugs to you Ivy💝

I love that you and your mom Thrift together. I used to do that with my mother but she's now 87 and not so healthy so she's not my shopping companion very often. Sometimes she'll go and sit in the car while I shop but it's not quite the same. I love that she gets very excited when I come home with my Loot and show her. Thank you for taking me along on your shopping trips. What flea market were you at? And where was that thrift store you went to they had good stuff?

I love pillowcases with embroidery too! I found a cute way to use them as throw pillows covers. I use an 18" X 18" pillow form and then slip the pillowcase on so that the embroidery can be folded over to the top front (like and envelope style pillow). I love the look for on beds.

Make a table runner for your outdoor table or any table out of those 3 ostrich feather napkins. It’s beautiful for a spring table setting. Just a suggestion. Oh My! I thought I was weird. I have more shoes than Carnival shoes, more throws and quilts that I'll never freeze, lamps that I have no room for and pillows everywhere. Love St Vincent's. Years ago I was in one in KY. I picked up a candle holder with a heavy chunky base and a bubble hurricane top for like $5. The lady told me a little old women came in with it. She had carried it when she left the old country. Loved the story that came with it. Your fun to shop with.
