RIP Peter Green. A man endowed with preternatural gifts that shone for an all too brief period during the late 1960s. A shooting star who will be remembered long after he has shuffled off this mortal coil.

Such a prodigious amount of talent on that stage but nobody ever gets in anybody else's space....such incredibly tasteful and complimentary musicianship...

These intruments sound great, of course, but how about the musicians, their hands, their hearts? And the audience? They listen, they dance, they dream! I think this all together is the magic of this recording.

Funny, but that was exactly the same thing we were doing at a fraternity house in ATL in 1968, only their music was a helluva lot better. 😝

When I saw them in 1969 (maybe 1970 - if you remember the 60's, you weren't really there) - Boston Tea Party, Christine Perfect played piano with FM. Never credited. RIP Christine (just passed - announced today).

A very different but not superior version of FM. Lindsey, Stevie and Christine were there to usher in a whole different vibe. Personally I like FM Mark !.

@raceyboy6 жыл бұрын
Buckingham-Nicks came along on Fleetwood Mac's 9th or 10th album. Should have changed the name of the band because it was not Mac. It was all downhill after Mick invited them in order to sacrifice quality music for money.
