Yeah Jim but did you notice the wheels o that DR 044 at the front keep getting stuck really starting to frustrate me at £300 a pop they should be getting it right IMO!!!

@@ngauging oil the clip in front wheels with wd 40 pen on the axel that will make it better......

@@ngauging ive had to do it on one of my huge Roco Usa steam locos same problem...once its fully run it it will be fine...

Oh you noticed the set then? Just commented on your other post on the German version. Found them under some other wagons didn't even know I had them otherwise I'd of stuck them with the red ones in the other video.

Hi Dave, I find your videos very informative. They impressively show how much you love this hobby. But rich have a question? How come an Englishman on the island, or do you live in Germany, runs a model railway with mainly German locomotives?

Tom its a long story...I will try make it short. Father was a soldier in Germany and I was born in Rinteln move back to the UK grew up went to work in Germany installing the internet round Europe for Nortel Networks and I am why you guys have internet in Germany and elsewhere lol. Not deutsche telekom lol. I then lived in Frankfurt for ten years and bought Fleischmann from a local model store and have been faithful ever since. When I was a child I used to drive to school near Detmold and the railways ran along the road and I would always see the purple Br212 pulling coaches and goods down there and even got to sit in one once. So German railways have always stuck in my heart thanks to me living in Germany the rest is history. I would live there if things were right but sadly it's not possible anymore for various reason so i come to Germany every year to Dortmund show when I can. This year I never came as it was cancelled until August but I cannot come so that's it really. Hope that gives you and insight of my life with Germany and your railways.

A wonderful locomotive. I would love one of these but they are pricey with sound, but it is a quality dampflock. You must be loaded? I have just subscribed and am now going through your videos best regards Ian Brunssum NLD. PS I did notice that the front pony truck was not going round! Or is it just me?
