I lived in Iceland from late 1961 until mid 1964. My dad was in the navy assigned to Keflavik NAS, and it was the adventure of a lifetime for me, my brother and sister. We travelled th entire island , loving Myvatn, Aukureri. And Mt. Hekla . 54 years later, returning , I was amazed at the changes and then again how much was the same. It is an amazing place, well worth the effort and time to visit. Beautiful!

Gratitude comes to mind Tony. Truly it is a Documentary ! Camera work of the highest order. Features of land and nature, with flora and fauna, along with the weather. Shades of light and the colours; so subtle; even Venture II was glowing in different scenes. You caught the power of Dettafoss - Wow is that ever impressive. What a crew ! What a journey ! God and HIs Angels keep you safely on future journeys.

I don’t really comment much on any videos but I hope this message gets to Mr. Tony Fleming. @FlemingYachts I just wanted to tell you that I have watched all your adventure videos. I stumbled across your channel some years ago and during that time, I was bed ridden and had a hard time getting around. Upon watching your adventure videos it gave me a soothing feeling of adventure as if I was there to go along with the ride. Eventually I got back up and recovered. I learned a lot and it had motivated me to push ahead thanks to your videos! It’s made me reminisce of the places I’ve been to and made me want to create my own adventure. One of things I’ve learned about your videos is that the world full of offerings. If you stop yourself from learning and being out there to take on the adventure you’ll never get what you want and experience what the world has to offer. I just wanna also say that I truly admire the Fleming Yacht it’s my dream to just see one in person let alone own one. Anyway thank you Mr. Fleming God Bless you and more adventures for the Fleming Yacht to conquer!

At first, I was sceptical about spending time on this film, but quickly I was attracted to, and got engrossed in the great cinematography, angles and views and the pleasant voice narrating it. Not too much talk, but just right. Loved it. Now I have seen a lot of those islands which were completely unknown to me before. Thank you. (Those vertical cliffs, Wow)

I enlisted in the Navy to get a taste of the sea and spend those 6 years in the North Arabian Sean. I am not 70 years old and landlocked in Orlando. I always think about returning to the sea even buying a trawler and spending the remain of my life bouncing around the Caribbean but being married and not wanting to leave her I stay landlocked. I watch this journeys and dream that I could be there. I believe I would have my seal legs, but I would not have any other value except as a passenger. These videos keep my desire at bay. I am not sure how much longer these will be created, but I hope they never stop.

Loved the virtual tour of Iceland, and bacfk to South Hampton. A friend and I have done similar trips, from Kitimat, BC to the wilds of the North Pacific islands, and came to appreciate as never before the magnificence of Mother Earth. Your trip reminded me so much of our own explorations up Gardner Canal, and so many other places where humankind has rarely ventured. The wish, and desire to do it again is there, inside me everyday. your Venture adventures tame the desire a bit, and is so appreciated.

I grew up on the northeast coast just south of Boston, the cold green Atlantic is where my mother, God bless her put me in the soft rolling waves as an infant, she said I wriggled like a madman to get in the 10" deep rolling waves, I'm most at home in the ocean, some primitive part of my brain calls me into the water. Thank you for a beautiful trip at those villages right on the sea.

I worked as a professional yacht skipper for 17 years before switching to flying aeroplanes.. Unfortunately, I never was lucky enough to work for an owner that wanted to do anything other than be seen on the stern of his yacht while cruising the Mediterranean. Not until becoming disenchanted with airline work and switching to smaller aircraft on various operations did I get to see the more remote, desolate and extremes of this wonderful planet. I would dearly have loved to spend time on Venture II.. a true cruising adventure. Thank you for recording these voyages, had i known about them in advance you may well have discovered a stowaway with a sextant aboard :>)
