2002 was my Sophomore year at Ohio State... that season, those games, and being a student in the midst of it all. There was so much empty news and hot air speculation about what happened to Maurice that I just couldn't believe anything they said about it. I'm so glad and in so many ways relieved to see the story come into clarity for me, but more importantly that Maurice is doing ok. Great vid, great voice on the subject. Thank you.

Thank You for telling Maurice's story so objectively. He was an idol of mine during his short college career because I'm an OSU fanatic and during his downward spiral, was viciously attacked on all sides with unending character and racial slurs. He was just a kid, literally, trying to find his way without ever having any paternal support. His coaches failed him as well. It's obvious to me he is and was a highly intelligent person and gifted athlete lost in the world with no true support system, just sycophants out to use him. I wish nothing but the best for Maurice and hope this video enlightens some of his haters.

I agree with Aydo Mac! You should be producing videos for ESPN or other first rate sports documentary companies! You have the ability to communicate compassion for the player by explaining the struggles driving their harmful behaviors. Then you walk the viewers through the redemption process. When he stumbled at the end, you put it into perspective! Amazing work!

To the fact I remember once I hit 60k followers (which was a lot then) I only put up a video of my dog eating a Turkey sammich until my sh*t went DOWN to 50k. It’s crazy I ain’t even posted oh that channel in 5 years last I looked it was at like 75k. My point, everybody wants to be a starboy and the amount of d-riders out there is frightening.
