That would be lovely. Hats are worn at weddings because there are typically held at church and in the past girls and women wouldn't be seen in church without a hat and the tradition has continued. It's lovely. I'm not sure why wearing hats fell out of favor in the US, but it may have to do with individual freedoms (the heck with tradition). I think if you want your quests to wear a hat to your wedding it should be optional!

I brush my hair in the shower as I'm rinsing my conditioner out because that's when hair is soft, silky, and manageable. Brushing hair after a shower is a pain T-T in more ways than one. Whoa mascara really makes your look complete ^^ so jelly of your lashes~

No they are about celebrating the love of someones relationship. People dress nicely because it is a special occasion. The bride looks her best of course, but wears all white whereas guests also dress up nicely to look there best, but they can wear what they like :)
