I had SWELLING edema for long time, over a decade, maybe longer. Tried many treatments including those tormenting pressure socks which just transfer swelling. Doctors did know cause. For a recent infection, was prescribed doxycycline. Edema went away quickly. Edema has never returned. You would be amiss not to try it if you don't know cause of your swelling.

i am having edema sincle 6 months because of an injury and it is still mot healed. doctor asked me to take rest for 1 month and still i see the same pain.

Thanks jonas i did 2 day fast with one day meal daily . It reduced a lot. I have been to chiro as well. Long standing or long sitting is bad too so went for small walks. It reduced pain not healed yet. Trying diet changes as suggested
