Did you use washers with the self tapping screws when drilling the side skirts to the rocker panel or did you use a small enough screw to fit through the holes u predrilled to drill up to the rocker panel?

That’s because in 2015 there were 2 c-class platforms. It was the last year of the w204 and it was the first year of the w205. Resellers don’t wanna confuse people so they don’t mention the 2015 w204 cause people might think it will fit their w205. If you car is a 2015 and it’s a w204 platform like the 2012-2014, then it will fit.

There’s 2 links the description. One matches my car and It’s will only fit a US spec 2012-2015 C250 coupe and C350 coupe. Both are sport spec with the oem sport side skirt for this carbon side skirt extension to mount to. The other link is for a 2012-2015 c300 sedan or c350 sedan with a sport package. It’s not gonna fit any other years or sedans that's luxury/base spec. Will only fit sport spec.

It's essentially the same car as the c250 but with dual exhaust and a 6 cylinder engine. I can't see anyone making youtube videos on it when my youtube channel already has everything that's applicable to the c250, c300 and c350.

i tried to order them for my 2013 c250 sport from the link. they told me they would not ship them because my car is not an AMG and they were SURE they would not fit. would these really not work for my car?

Here’s the issue. These resellers are usually using wrong terminology most of the time in their listing. A c250 or c300 sport....they are calling an AMG. But when we hear amg, we think c63. If the pictures on their listing looks like your car, then it will fit. If their listings picture show a c63 side skirt, then it won’t fit your c250/c300. A c250/c300 stock side skirt has a curve to it. A amg c63 stock side skirt is straight across.

I bet if you ask them for a picture of an “amg” stock side skirt looks like...it will just be a c250/c300 sport sideskirt. I just went back and checked the links...and that’s clearly a c250/c300 sport sideskirt. It’s not a c63 AMG.

I don’t want a c63 right now. I rather pimp my dope c250 and save the money. Not everyone wants to pay double the price to get power that’s not going to be used as I don’t speed, race or do anything stupid with my car. Plus you can’t dress up a c63 that easily like a c250. Parts are way more expensive.
