How do you make it were it’s flick stick but no motion controls

Flick stick only works with motion controls.

Yeah flickstick only works on the horizontal plane. Give the gyroscope aiming a chance! Mess with the settings and rest your controller on your lap or on a desk. I personally use around 6× sensitivity and .6 vert multiplier. .55 ads multiplier. Using the bumpers for shooting can help with stability, similar to how people get controllers with mouse click triggers.
