What Would Be The Difference When Using The Same Size Of A Paper But The Thickness Are Different?

It changes the wing loading and flight speed of the plane. Heavier paper won't necessarily fly farther, but it will fly faster. Some designs work better with thicker paper, some require thinner paper to fold properly.

Thicker paper is harder to fold, so if you suck at folding like me, then use thinner paper. It would make it go faster though

I measured the dimensions of A4 paper and here are the results: A4 paper is 297 by 210 mm or around 11.6929 by 8.26772 in.

Kyle at 9:00 you can kind of pull the tab up and into the pocket instead of pulling the pocket down and into the tab. I think that would be a lot easier.
