I've grown lots of Chinese greens: chives, celtuce and types of pak choy (petsai, tai sai, you name it) on my balcony garden and in window boxes. They're super easy to grow, so long as you grow them outside of caterpillar season. :-) Gorgeous recipe. Colorful and easy. Will be making for sure. Thank you!

Chinese Chives grow perfectly well in northern Germany. And the good thing is they will spread out in your garden and they will come back next year. Yes, they are hardy and will be back next spring! Thanks for the recipe, really tasty and super simple.
